White and blue are the typical colors of Greece - but not everywhere
Myconos is great if you are interested in taking post card pictures, in chilling on the beach, in partying, in eating well, in sitting on romantic places, in spending a lot of money in dresses, shoes, jewellery. (And it is also great if you are gay.)
Myconos is a bad choice if you want to hike, if you love nature, if you like archeological places (there is just the neighbour island Delos which is famous for this), if you are looking for some cheap souvenirs, if you want to see the real Greece.
